Three dead as explosion rocks Lagos

A midday explosion has claimed the lives of no fewer than three persons in Lagos State.
The explosion occurred under the popular Festac Bridge off the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway.
It was learnt that the explosive was planted in a car.
One of those suspected to have been killed was the chairman of the sand sellers association in the area.
His police orderly was also affected, it was learnt.
The Anti-Bomb Squad of the Nigeria Police has arrived at the scene.
Sources said the sand sellers association has been engulfed in crisis in the last few months.
