Police arrests mastermind of Lagos explosion

The police in Lagos State have arrested the man who wired the explosive that resulted in the death of the Chairman of the Miracle Sand Dredgers Association, Festac Town Lagos, Oladele Pius. His name was given simply as Williams. Williams is said to be a staff of Pius.
Williams was reportedly caught when he came to retrieve the wires used to connect the explosive.
He was said to have mentioned no fewer than nine other collaborators as at press time.
The explosion, which occurred on Monday, also injured a policeman. One of the eyes of the policeman was blown off.
