The accident occurred on Sunday at 4pm, the Federal Road Safety Corps said.
In all, 13 persons were involved in the crash at the Catholic Turning on the ever-busy expressway.
One person was injured.
The vehicles involved were a DAF trailer with registration number XB503FKA, and a Mitsubishi wagon, with registration number GGE540XC.
The victims, according to the FRSC, were taken to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, Ogun State.
