Gunmen kill Kano judicial officer

Gunmen on Friday night killed a senior judicial officer, Usamatu Badawi, in Kano, Kano State.
Badawi was a Registrar of the Kano State High Court.
He was reportedly pulled out of his car by his assailants who then shot him.
The spokesman, Kano State Police Command, Magaji Majia, confirmed the development.
Majia said on Saturday: “We have received report of the killing of a court registrar in Hotoro area by some gunmen last night who took away his car.
“We have opened an investigation to identify the killers and their motive.”
