Hit and run driver kills varsity student

Tension is high at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho,Oyo State over the killing of a female student.
The female student, whose identity is yet to be confirmed, was on a motorcycle, popularly known as okada, on Monday outside the university when a hit and run car hit the okada from behind and threw her off the bike.
The female student died on the spot while the driver ran away.
The death has provoked anger among the students and reports said they are gathering to protest the killing of the female student.
The parents of the deceased have been informed and they have come to the university to claim her corpse.
Also the students have alleged that two other students have died from similar accident recently.
