Two killed, 14 injured in Lokoja-Abuja Road crash

At least two persons have been confirmed dead by the Federal Road Safety Corps and 14 injured, on Abaji Bridge on the Lokoja-Abuja Road in a crash on Sunday. The accident was said to have occurred at about 3:15am, when three vehicles rammed into one another.
A trailer marked XA 87 NGU, a luxury bus XB 125 KPU and a truck XG 222 JJN were involved in a crash.
The victims were rushed to Abaji and Gwagwalada General Hospital.
FRSC officials were on ground to sort out traffic and restore normal traffic flow as impatient drivers formed multiple lanes, subsequently blocking opposite traffic.
